All orders within the US - Complimentary standard shipping via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Expected delivery within 2-4 business days.

All international orders -  Standard shipping via DHL/UPS Express, price with be calculated at check out. Expected delivery within 4-7 business days.

At Slobique Studio, our priority is to provide exceptional customer service and deliver high-quality accessories and garments. Please feel free to contact us during normal business hours with any questions. We make every effort to ensure that our website reflects actual stock levels. However, if we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you within 2-3 business days to arrange either a backorder or a refund.

Currently, Slobique Studio ships products worldwide. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses. Please ensure you provide a physical residential or business address with your order to assist with prompt shipping. Orders placed with Slobique Studio will be processed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. Orders received outside these times will be processed within 1 business day. Every effort will be made to deliver your items within the specified window.

Customs Duties

All applicable customs duties shall be borne by the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate how much duties you will pay, but your local customs office should be able to provide an estimate. Additional information may also be available online.

Slobique Studio cannot be held responsible for any actions, costs, taxes, or delays due to customs over which we have no control.

Returns & Exchange

Slobique Studio Return & Exchange Policy

At Slobique Studio, we take pride in the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. We understand that occasionally, you may need to return or exchange an item, and we strive to make this process as seamless as possible.

We are pleased to accept returns for store credit, with or without a specific reason. However, please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on SALE items, items purchased with discount codes, or store credit codes.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To request an exchange or a refund for store credit, please ensure that your items are returned within 5 business days from the receipt of your original order. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns or exchanges beyond this 5-day window. All items must be returned with their original Slobique Studio tags attached and must be in new condition—unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from any damages caused by the customer.

Return Authorization (RA) Process

Before returning any item, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. This number will help us track your return and ensure a smooth processing experience. You can request an RA number by emailing info@slobique.com. When contacting us, please provide a reason for your return (if applicable) and indicate whether you are requesting an exchange.

How to Return an Item

1. RA Number: Clearly write your RA number on the outside of the package.

2. Shipping: Send your return to the following address:

Please note that shipping costs associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a fault in the garment. Any shipping costs for exchanges will also be charged to the customer.

Processing Time

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued as store credit, and we will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
